Since I was a kid, food has always been a passion of mine. It was always a poetic moment with food: watching mi Abuelita making sopes and giving me a little ball of masa “para masar” myself. Watching Rachel Ray on the food channel in the middle of the night with my mom. To seeing all the mama’s come together to create a Quinceanera feast para todo el rancho. Food is beautiful, food is happiness, food is love, and ever since I entered la conica I knew everyone deserves a plate. I have been an aspiring Chef my entire life.

I attended culinary school in LA and gained 3 associate degrees; a Culinary Art degree, a Restaurant Management degree, and a Baking/Pastry Art degree. I am now a certified Chef and Baking/Pastry Chef and want to use my skills not only to fill my community with love and delicious food but also to give back through food, donations and volunteers.
